1. We aim to deliver within 7 (seven) working days from the date when the order is placed. Any delay in shipment due to either carrier issues and/or exceptional or particular conditions related to the specific Country of destination is not under our responsibility. Some delay may occur during national Holidays. In the event of strikes, difficulties or other events due to general or local extraordinary conditions, which would influence the delivery of the products, we shall be authorised to postpone deliveries or to cancel them.
2. Shipping costs are in EURO and we ship worldwide. Shipments in Italy cost 5 EUR and take 2/3 working days. Shipments inside European Community cost 10 EUR and take about 2/3 working days since the date of the shipment; shipments to the rest of the world also cost 20 EUR and take about 4/5 working days since the date of the shipment. You may be required to sign for delivery. Before signing you must inspect the package for any obvious tampering. If you receive an empty package but you sign the delivery receipt and do not immediately report the fact to the carrier, we are not responsible for any refunding or substitution. You have to keep the receipt of the delivered product in case of future needs with us about it.
1. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. If you need to return an item, please note that all items purchased online must be returned in the condition they were received. This means clean and unworn, in the original packaging with all original tags. If these conditions are met and the item returned is in perfect resellable condition, you can return the regular priced merchandise within 10 business days from the day you receive the goods for a refund.
2. Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability.Exchanges shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at www.ackwork.com. During Black Friday items cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process from the day that we receive the returned items. Please note that we do not refund shipping charges nor do we accept responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
4. Email us at email@example.com and inform us of your return. The written request will have to include the order number, the code of the item(s) to be returned and the reason of return: refund or size exchange.After submitting such request to the Customer Service, customer will receive an email containing the return authorization number (RAN) and the detailed instructions to be followed in order to complete the return. Customer is kindly invited to accurately follow the return instructions.

5. Shipping costs are charged to customer. Any duty and tax related to the import of the box are always at the customer’s expense. Below the shipping fees set for each geographic area:
European Union (Italy excluded): €10
Rest of the world: €20
6. Return authorized by Ack.com must be shipped from the same shipping country Ack.com sent the parcel to. Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier suggested by Ack.com in the email providing the return instructions. Ack.com reserves the right not to accept returns if customer tenders the box to a different carrier and in case the delivery of the parcel entails extra costs for Ack.com or involves the collection to one of the carrier’s branches.Ack.com reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly authorized or sent not in accordance with the return policy of Ack.com. In these cases, Ack.com can return the box to the sender at the original shipping address. In case Ack.com accepts returns that were not authorized or not in compliance, Ack.com can withhold the 10% of the value of the returned item from the refund.
